Charm Packs
A charm pack is a collection of precut 5x5" squares, ready to sew! Depending on the manufacturer the amount of squares in the pack can vary, though there are mostly 42 pieces. With a charm pack you'll sample each print in a collection and usually have duplicated squares. Charm packs are also called 5x5 packs or charm squares.
Charm squares usually have a pinked edge so they do not fray. The name charms was originally coined by Moda fabrics, though now it is a widely used term in the quilting community.
