What is a preorder?
Placing a preorder means you are reserving an item by purchasing it before Camberville Threads has it in hand. The estimated ship date is listed in each product listing and in the table above, but please know these are manufacturer estimates and can shift. Once your items are in hand, I ship them out as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Please place separate orders for in-stock and preorder items. Any in-stock items ordered alongside a preorder will be held and shipped together once all items are available — or you'll receive a separate shipping invoice to send them early.
If you're preordering from multiple collections, keep the estimated ship dates in mind. If you'd like each collection to ship as soon as it arrives, please order them separately. Otherwise, your order will be held until all preordered items are ready.
Cancellations
All preorder sales are final. I make my ordering decisions based on what's been reserved, so preorders cannot be canceled or modified. I really appreciate your understanding on this — it's what allows me to keep offering preorders at all!
In the rare event that I don't receive preorder items as expected or with adequate inventory, orders will be filled in the order they were received and any unfulfilled items will be fully refunded.
